Welcome to Sheltie Rescue of Central Indiana, Inc. ( SRCI ). We are a tax exempt, non-profit corporation consisting a small number of hard working volunteers who are dedicated to caring for and placing Shetland Sheepdogs into permanent and loving homes. Since 1994, over 700 Shelties have been received into our foster care program. Most of our Shelties come from Indiana and are fostered and adopted within the state. Foster Homes Needed

Are you interested in becoming a qualified foster home? Take the opportunity to give one of our beloved Shelties a chance for a better life as we continue to take in unwanted, abandoned, and abused Shelties. You can help by giving them nurturing temporary homes until we find that perfect, loving, "forever" home that each one deserves. We need qualified people to foster these wonderful Shelties.
